Another day with no wind yesterday and today it was all over the place. It was swinging all over the place as the wind over the mountain, though in the right direction for Eric to work (NW), was too strong to suck down the mountain.

Decided to go out to try and take advantage of the infrequent but powerful gusts with the two die hard loopers in my group. Took out a Disco 5.9 and a Skate 112 for some hairy offshore blasting followed by long periods of swimming. Quite a few got caught out with wind shifts and blasted out in a cross shore gust only to get towed back in.

Not a bad day but getting itchy feet for some decent wind, at least my fiance is improving in leaps and bounds in the light winds.
